Howard Lewis

Howard is the former Program Manager of the Engineering and Valuation Program at the Internal Revenue Service. He was the Executive Director of the Institute of Business Appraisers and is currently the President of his own firm, RiskGuidance Co., LLC.

Howard has over 40 years of experience with valuation issues and tax controversy. He developed the ABAR credential for the IBA and has lectured widely over the years on issues involving financial modeling, quality review and valuation controversy.
